1.) What are the fare inclusions??

Your fare is inclusive of applicable road and airport tolls, gst and passenger service levy. Additional stops, change in the route and waiting time are not inclusive and will be an additional charge payable to chauffeur.

2.) Do you provide baby/booster seats??

Yes, We can supply up-to 3 baby and booster seats comes sanitised,professionally pre installed in your preferred Vehicle. Sedans can take unto 2 baby or booster seats, please advise us when placing booking in additional comments and are inclusive in price. Its a legal requirement for kids under 7 yrs to have a suitable seat for the journey.

3.) Where can I meet my chauffeur??

For Sydney International airport pickups:

Exit A next to Sydney information desk holding your name sign

Exit B next to currency exchange counter holding your name sign.

For Domestic Airport pickups:

Terminal 2 opposite carousel 5 thru glass door at limo pickup area.

Terminal 3 opposite carousel 3 thru glass door at limo pickup area.

For Cruise Terminal Pickups:

OPT at the rocks: Parking bays opposite opt exit.

White bay Cruise terminal:Infront of taxis at Parking bays opposite exit doors.

4.) What are the included waiting time for pickups??

  • 45 minutes complimentary waiting is included for international arrival flights and charged $1 per minute+airport parking toll maximum unto 60 minutes after complimentary waiting time.
  • 15 minute included waiting time starts after 15 minutes from your flight touchdown and charged $1 per minutes + Airport tolls thereafter to maximum of 20 minutes.
  • For all other pickup 5 minutes from requested pickup time is included and $1 per minute is charged thereafter to maximum 30 minutes.

5.) Can I change my destinations at last minute??

Yes, you can change your destination or add stopover on your way and will be charged accordingly payable directly to chauffeur.

6.) Can I bring hard drinks for the journey??

Yes, you can enjoy B.Y.O drinks on your journey, corkage @$5 will be charged per bottle.Any spills, damaged to the vehicle will be charged, soiled car will incur professional cleaning and downtime.

According to the law we can’t entertain drinks to under the age 0f 18

7.) Can I click pictures with the car??

Yes, you can have picture with the car subject to the approval of the chauffeur and safe location.Our friendly chauffeur may also help to make your journey memorable so everyone can get into the frame.

8.) Do you accept in car card payments??

Yes, we do accept in car eftpos payments.10 % surcharge applies to the payments and subject to management approval.
